Did you know that if you employ 5 or more staff then you have a legal obligation to have a written Health and Safety Policy?
Working with our clients, we build and implement bespoke Health and Safety policies and procedures which directly reflect the working activities of their Business.
Our Policies follow the guidance of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and include –
- Company Statement of Intent in relation to Health and Safety
- Documented Organisational Responsibilities for all applicable parties in the Business
- Company Arrangements detailing how the Business will address Health and Safety matters applicable to their activities
Your policy should be reviewed at least every 12 months. We can offer support by undertaking a Gap Analysis review of any of your existing systems.
